Stefano Corvucci, CEO of the Culinary Institute of Bologna will be your private chef and host during this tour.  He will take you on a journey to discover the food markets of Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and the Veneto.  You’ll begin your trip in Florence dining with the chef at a traditional trattoria.

The next day together you’ll visit the San Lorenzo Market and choose the ingredients for your evening meal. Chef Stefano will cook for you or with you if you prefer.

After breakfast, Chef will drive you to Bologna where you’ll visit the Mercato delle Erbe.  After you check in to your hotel you will be hosted for a wine tasting of regional wines while the chef prepares your meal.

It’s then on to Venice with a visit to San Marco square and an evening meal with the Chef.  By now you’ll understand the regional differences in Italian cuisine.

The  fabulous Rialto market awaits the next morning where you will have to make the difficult choice of what to have for dinner.
